After last year's consultation about how the local police force should and could be re-organised, significant changes have been made to local policing. An information sheet explaining these changes has been released by Suffolk police.
If he read it, Donald Trump might say, 'Many people tell me that this is management gobbledegook. They also are saying we ought to get the parish council to get someone who understands it to come to a meeting to explain it.'

Following efforts from the Operation Randall rural crime team, Norfolk officers have arrested five men in connection with ‘going equipped' theft offences.
The men, who are all aged in their 20s and 30s and from the London area, were stopped on the evening of Thursday 19 January 2017, near to Attleborough.
A number of items, including the two vehicles they were travelling in, were seized and the men arrested.
The five males have been bailed to return on 21st March 2017.
Suffolk and Norfolk police ask the local community to be vigilant around buildings like places of worship and schools, reporting any suspicious activity, particularly the unexpected arrival of builders.
If you see any suspicious activity, report it to police on 101. If a crime is in progress or you require emergency assistance, dial 999 immediately.
