At the council meeting on Tuesday 29 November three topical planning matters were discussed.
- The council recommended to refuse permission for the hybrid development, including houses and a new scout headquarters on land adjacent to Red House Farm.
- The council recommended to approve a hybrid application for a new Baptist Chapel and housing off School Lane
- The council listened to a proposal being drawn up to extend Post Mill Lane eastwards and build around 30 houses on this land. This draft-proposal was introduced by a representative of La Ronde Wright who is acting for the developers. A public consultation has been arranged for Thursday 15 December, 2pm - 7.30pm in the Sancroft Hall.
