Fressingfield Players

Fressingfield PlayersThe aims of Fressingfield Players are to entertain the village and surrounding community; provide a safe, fun, inclusive place for people to perform and to be self-funding through events and activities. We love pantomime and so far we’ve put on Cinderella (2010), Aladdin (2012), Jack and the Beanstalk (2013), Robin Hood and his Meddling Mum (2014), and Robinson Cluesoe and some Pesky Pirates (2015).

The grease paint is out, the prosthetics on order and as a plethora of items arrive at Orchard Cottage in brown boxes, it can only mean one thing... it’s ‘Panto Season’.

The Fressingfield Players will be performing Alice in Wonderland from 24 to 26 January in Sancroft Hall in this, their latest family show.

The story brings to life all the traditional characters of the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter and the March Hare. The Tweedletwins are joining them as are some special guests such as Nora Knowitall the hapless governess and a slightly scary duo, Rules and Joker! At only £8 adults & £5 children you’d be mad to miss a trip to Wonderland with these hard working players.
